Shooting:
First of all, your shot form has to be correct. Shoot with your most comfortable and powerful hand. Keep your shooting hand over your head, beneath the basketball. Use your other hand to support the side of the basketball. Keep your shooting hand from shoulder to elbow to wrist, at 90 degrees. Bend your knees, come up, and in that momentum, release the ball. Practice your shots for 30 minutes and then have somebody play defense on you. For SMART shooting, dribble around in patterns and shoot while somebody playing defense on you. SMART pattern: Dribble in, turn 180 degrees and keep dribbling, fake to the left and right, fake drive while dribbling two steps from any direction, step back, jump shot fade away. 

Jumping High:
Now this is if you want to dunk or shoot over a tall player.
First of all, get your body warmed up by running and by doing 60 jumping jacks (20 sides ways, 20 front to back, 20 criss-cross. Then, do these twice a day: 20 Squats, 20 Leg Thrust   
walking, 50 tippie toe up and downs on a ledge (on a staircase), 20 short jumps, 10 high jumps (by swinging your hands to force yourself higher). Every day, try touching higher heights. Once you reach the height you want to dunk, practicing dunking from different legs (on one leg), even from both, and from different directions. This will not only let you dunk in the gym, but in fact, dunk in games. SMART: Practice dunking over objects and keep getting higher and try jumping up quick. This will let you be the most explosive dunker in the game, dunking whenever you want, over players. If you want to shoot over a tall player, either step back, jump high and do a fade away, or do dribble tricks, move the ball around in a pattern you have practiced, and do a jump shot.

Dribbling:
This is mostly for players who want to become amazing point guards or get a lot of points.
Practice dribbling from one side to the court to the other: From side to side, with each hand, through your legs with both hands, through your legs with one hand, crossovers with two basketballs, under the leg crossovers with two basketballs, dribble one basketball high and at the same time, dribble the other basketball low, run while dribbling with two basketballs, do dribbling patterns with two balls, do dribbling patterns with one ball. SMART: Dribble left to right in one position with somebody playing defense on you. Then, fake dribbling to one direction, and cross the ball over to the other side, behind your back. And Shoot, Layup, or Dunk!
